Step-by-step guide, payment, and managing purchases

1. Who Can Buy on NakedPoly

Purchasing is available to registered users over 18. You must confirm your age on your first visit. The catalog can be browsed without signing in, but product pages and checkout require authentication. By using the platform as a buyer, you agree to the User Agreement.

2. Quick Start: How to Buy a Product

  1. Register and sign in to your account. Confirm you are 18+.
  2. Find a product in the catalog — via search, category filters, or sorting.
  3. Open the product page and review previews, description, technical specifications, license type, and reviews from other buyers.
  4. Click "Buy" — you will be redirected to the NOWPayments checkout page.
  5. Pay for the order in cryptocurrency through the payment gateway. The amount is calculated with your personal discount (if applicable).
  6. Wait for confirmation — after successful payment, the product automatically appears in My Purchases.
  7. Download the archive with product files. Re-download is available at any time.

3. Catalog and Search

The homepage shows the full catalog of approved products. For easier discovery:

  • Search — by title, description, and tags (up to 100 characters).
  • Categories — DAZ, Blender, Unreal Engine, media content, games, and subcategories within each.
  • Sorting — by date added, rating, download count, price (ascending / descending).

The homepage also features sliders: promoted products, top sales, and top creators — a convenient way to discover popular content.

4. What to Check Before Buying

On the product page, pay attention to:

  • Gallery and video — preview renders and demonstrations of asset quality.
  • Description — short and full, with a list of archive contents.
  • Technical specifications — software version, engine, resolution, compatibility.
  • License type — personal, commercial, extended, or exclusive.
  • Rating and reviews — ratings from verified buyers only.
  • Creator— name, seller rank, and rating. You can visit the creator's profile and browse their other work.
  • Documents — instructions and readme files (PDF, TXT) available for download before purchase.

5. Licenses and Usage Rights

When you purchase a product, you acquire a non-exclusive license to use it within the terms specified by the creator on the product page:

  • Personal — for non-commercial projects.
  • Commercial — permits commercial use within the described limits.
  • Extended and exclusive — special terms; read the description carefully.

You do not receive copyright in the model. Resale, free distribution, and public sharing of the archive are prohibited. See the User Agreement, Section 5, for details.

6. Payment

All purchases are paid through the NOWPayments payment gateway. Prices on the site are listed in USDT.

How payment works

  1. Click "Buy" — an order and payment link are created.
  2. Go to the NOWPayments page and select a cryptocurrency for payment.
  3. After the blockchain transaction is confirmed, the order is fulfilled automatically and the product is added to "My Purchases".

Restrictions:

  • You cannot buy your own product.
  • You cannot buy the same product twice — once per account.
  • Only approved products with "Approved" status are available.

The platform does not accept bank cards or fiat transfers directly. Blockchain network fees at checkout are determined by NOWPayments and your chosen cryptocurrency.

7. Buyer Ranks and Discounts

Active buyers receive automatic discounts on all purchases. Rank is calculated by the number of completed purchases:

  • Regular Buyer — fewer than 51 purchases. Discount: 0%.
  • Active Buyer — more than 50 purchases. Discount: 10%.
  • Top Buyer — more than 100 purchases. Discount: 20%.

The discount is applied automatically when you click "Buy" — the final payment amount will be lower than the price shown on the product page. Your rank is displayed in your profile.

8. Access to Purchased Materials

After successful payment, the product appears in My Purchases in your dashboard. This section shows:

  • product title and preview;
  • purchase date;
  • access status;
  • "Download again" button to re-download the archive.

The archive contains all files uploaded by the creator (models, textures, scenes, and related materials in ZIP format). A download link is generated on each request and opens in a new tab.

Access to purchased products is permanent — you can re-download the archive at any time, even if the creator removed the listing from the catalog.

9. Favorites

Click the heart icon on a product page to add it to Favorites. This is a convenient list for saved purchases — products stay accessible without searching the catalog again.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Each product page has a "Buyer Reviews" section. Only users who have actually purchased the product can leave a review:

  • rating from 1 to 5 stars;
  • text comment (required);
  • one review per product per account;
  • review is published under your profile name.

Reviews help other buyers assess asset quality and affect the product and creator ratings in the catalog.

11. Contacting the Seller and Reports

Additional actions are available on the product page:

  • Contact seller — opens a private conversation in Messages. Useful for clarifying details before purchase or resolving issues afterward.
  • Report — submit a report to moderators. Available reasons: spam, copyright infringement, misleading description, inappropriate content, other.

12. Rules for Buyers

By purchasing content on NakedPoly, you agree to:

  • Use materials only within the scope of the purchased license.
  • Not distribute, resell, or publicly share downloaded files.
  • Not present purchased assets as your own work without the rights holder's permission.
  • Independently verify product compatibility with your software and project before purchase, based on the description and technical specifications.
  • Not upload purchased files to other platforms or infringe creators' rights.

13. Refunds and Disputes

NakedPoly operates a digital goods sales model. After payment is confirmed and archive access is granted, refunds are generally not issued — similar to most digital content marketplaces.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a product will fully meet your expectations or be compatible with your specific software setup. Before purchasing, use previews, descriptions, documents, and reviews.

Contact support if:

  • payment succeeded but the product did not appear in "My Purchases";
  • the archive will not download or is corrupted;
  • contents significantly differ from the description;
  • you encountered a copyright infringement.

14. File Safety

NakedPoly does not guarantee that creator files are free of malicious code. We recommend:

  • scanning downloaded archives with antivirus software before extracting;
  • not running unknown scripts or executables without verification;
  • buying from creators with strong ratings and sales history.

If you suspect malicious content, immediately submit a report via the "Report" button on the product page.

15. Support

For questions about payment, product access, or technical issues, contact technical support. Include your username, order or product ID, and a brief description of the issue — this helps us assist you faster.
