For Merchants

Step-by-step guide, publishing rules, and payouts

1. Who Can Sell on NakedPoly

Any registered user over 18 may become a merchant. Selling is available after signing in — no separate seller application is required. By using the platform as a creator, you confirm that you hold rights to the content you publish and agree to the User Agreement.

2. Quick Start: How to Begin Selling

  1. Register and sign in to the site. Confirm you are 18+ on your first visit.
  2. Complete your profile in the dashboard: Profile. Add your name, avatar, and bio — this builds buyer trust.
  3. Create a product via the "New Product" button in My Products or the /create page.
  4. Upload materials — cover image, gallery, file archive, and supporting documents. Fill in description, price, category, license, and technical specifications.
  5. Submit for moderation. After saving, the product receives "Under Review" status. Once a moderator approves the listing, it appears in the catalog.
  6. Set payout details in the Finance section: wallet address and network (USDT TRC-20, USDT BEP-20, or LTC).
  7. Receive payouts after sales. Your balance is credited automatically when a buyer's payment succeeds.

3. Merchant Dashboard

Key dashboard sections for sellers:

  • Overview — activity summary and quick access to key actions.
  • My Products — listing of items, moderation statuses, editing, deletion, and promotion of approved products.
  • Finance — available balance, funds in processing, transaction history, payout schedule, and payout details form.
  • Messages — correspondence with buyers and support.

4. Publishing a Product: Required Fields

When creating or editing a product, you must complete:

  • Title — unique in the catalog; duplicate titles are not allowed.
  • Price — in USDT (non-negative value).
  • Short and full description — the more detail, the higher the conversion rate.
  • Tags — for search and catalog filtering.
  • Category and subcategory — determine the set of technical fields.
  • License type — personal, commercial, extended, or exclusive.
  • Technical specifications — depend on category (DAZ version, Blender, UE, resolution, etc.).

5. File Requirements

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP
  • Resolution: 1920×1080, 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Maximum size: 10 MB

Gallery

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP

  • Maximum size per file: 10 MB
  • At least one image in the gallery

  • Maximum size: 100 MB

Product archive

  • Format: ZIP
  • Required — contains the files the buyer will receive

Documents

  • Formats: PDF, TXT
  • Up to 10 files, each up to 10 MB
  • We recommend including a readme, installation guide, and license terms

6. Content Categories

The platform supports the following categories:

  • DAZ content — characters, clothing, poses, hair. Specify generation (Gen) and DAZ Studio version.
  • Blender content — objects, scenes, materials, rigs. Specify Blender version and render engine.
  • Unreal Engine content — blueprints, environments, characters. Specify UE version, Nanite and Lumen support.
  • Media content — comics, renders, animations. Specify resolution and format.
  • Games — visual novels, RPG, sandbox. Specify engine and platform.

7. License Types

When publishing, choose the license that matches the actual terms of use for your asset:

  • Personal — for non-commercial use by the buyer.
  • Commercial — permits commercial use within the scope described in the listing.
  • Extended — expanded usage rights (specify details in the description).
  • Exclusive — special terms; describe restrictions in detail on the product page.

Buyers receive a non-exclusive license. Resale and free distribution of files by buyers is prohibited.

8. Moderation

Every new and edited product is reviewed by a moderator.

  • Under Review — product awaiting decision; not shown in the catalog.
  • Approved — product is published and available for purchase.
  • Rejected — product did not pass review; reason is shown on the listing. Address the feedback and save again.
  • Blocked — product removed by administration for rule violations.

Top sellers (TOP_SELLER rank) can publish new products without prior moderation — listings are immediately marked "Approved". Editing any product, including those from top sellers, sends the listing back to moderation.

9. Pricing and Platform Commission

The platform retains a commission on each sale. Your share depends on your seller rank:

  • New User, User, Seller — you receive 75% of the payment amount (platform commission 25%).
  • Super Seller 80% to creator (20% commission).
  • Top Seller 85% to creator (15% commission).

Earnings are calculated from the actual order payment amount. Buyer discounts (based on their rank) reduce the transaction amount and, accordingly, your earnings.

Buyer payments are processed through NOWPayments in USDT. The platform does not store bank cards or process fiat transfers.

10. Seller Ranks

Rank affects commission, buyer trust, and publishing privileges. Ranks are assigned automatically:

  • New User — account less than 30 days old.
  • User — account older than 30 days.
  • Seller — has approved products and at least one completed payout.
  • Super Seller — more than 50 approved products and average rating above 4.0.
  • Top Seller — more than 100 approved products and average rating above 4.5; publish without moderation.

11. Finance and Payouts

The Finance section shows three key metrics:

  • Available for withdrawal — sales proceeds ready to be included in a payout batch.
  • In processing — amount held in an active payout batch until the administrator confirms the payout.
  • Total paid out — net amount already sent to your wallet.

How payouts work

  1. After a successful order payment, your share is automatically credited to your available balance.
  2. Enter and save your payout details: wallet address and payout network.
  3. An administrator creates a payout batch. When included, funds move to "In processing" status.
  4. After payout confirmation via NOWPayments, funds are sent to your wallet.

Supported networks and fees

  • USDT (TRC-20) — network fee $2.00
  • USDT (BEP-20) — network fee $0.50
  • Litecoin (LTC) — network fee $0.10

Blockchain network fees are deducted from your balance when a payout batch is created. Minimum threshold for inclusion in a payout — $0.01 USDT (after network fee deduction).

The platform is not liable for lost funds due to an incorrect wallet address or blockchain network failure. Verify your address and selected network before saving payout details.

12. Product Promotion

Approved products can be promoted in the featured slider on the homepage. Payment is deducted from your available dashboard balance:

  • 7 days — $10 USDT
  • 14 days — $18 USDT
  • 30 days — $35 USDT

The "Promote" button is in the product list under "My Products". Promotion is unavailable for products under review or rejected listings.

13. Rules for Creators

By uploading content to NakedPoly, you agree to:

  • Hold exclusive rights to published materials, including models, textures, rigs, and likenesses (model release).
  • Not publish illegal content: child sexual abuse material, content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content promoting violence.
  • Not post plagiarism, unauthorized third-party assets, or malicious files (viruses, scripts).
  • Provide accurate descriptions, correct technical specifications, and honest previews — without misleading renders.
  • Resolve third-party intellectual property claims independently.

Rule violations may result in product rejection, account suspension, or forfeiture of unlawfully obtained funds. See the User Agreement for details.

14. Editing and Deletion

  • Editing is available from "My Products" for your listings.
  • After saving changes, the product is sent back to moderation and temporarily hidden from the catalog.
  • Product deletion is irreversible. Purchased copies remain with buyers in "My Purchases".

15. Support

For questions about moderation, payouts, technical issues, or disputes, contact technical support. Include your username, product or order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
